| 摘 要： | 在知识经济时代,投入成本中的知识和技术含量不断扩大,劳动和资本的含量不断缩小。在经济全球化冲击下,传统的劳动力资源丰富、劳动力成本低的比较成本优势,会趋于劣势。国际经济竞争的焦点已从传统的资源和价格竞争转向知识和人才的竞争 ,教育必须优先发展。
