Study on the Harmonious & Safety Development Strategy of Chinas Surronding

China is a country with most complex surrounding environment in the world, and is also facing diversified security threat. A reliable strategic partnership with mature mutual trust should be established between China and its neighbors. Any safety affairs concerning politics, economy and military may be conversed honestly. China＇s influence and fight to be heard is becoming more and more significant. Meanwhile it is affected by the world apparently. Globalization is making severe challenge to the safety of our country. We need to have a strategic vision towards the whole world, take part in the security development of the surrounding countries, adopt a flexible and practical way to protect the security and interest of the country.
