| 摘 要： | 医学前进中的辉煌成就在本质上都是医学人才综合素质的体现，反映了他们卓越的科学技术水平和人文社会科学素养。通过对医学科学本身、医学模式的转变、我国医学生的素质现状以及国外医学人才人文社会科学素质的现状进行总结，阐明了人文社会科学素养已经成为医学人才必备的基本素质，已经成为有价值的创新成果产生的必要基础。

| Abstract: | Essentially,each accomplishment in medical advance is the embodiment of the medical person's integrated quality,which reflected their excellent acquirement in humanities and social science and technology.This paper describes the changes in medical science and its pattern,medical students quality and international humanities and social sicience quality,which is the basic quality of every medical person and the basic of every innovation. |
