农村私营企业主社会资本的调查与分析

通过对农村私营企业主的社会资本进行操作化定义，从社会关系网络、信任、规范三个方面衡量企业主社会资本，运用问卷调查与访谈法对福建农村私营企业主社会资本的现状及特征进行分析，结果表明转型期农村私营企业主社会资本以传统的社会资本为主，该结论能够为进一步研究提供理论分析框架。

Investigation and Analysis on the Social Capital of Private Entrepreneurs in Rural Areas

The results expresses that the changing-model period private enterprise takes the traditional social capital as main social capital via the definition of social capital of private entrepreneurs in rural areas and from three aspects of the enterprise social capital of the social network,trust and norms,analysis of status and features of the Fujian rural private enterprise by questionnaires investigation and talking.The conclusions can provide a theoretical analysis framework for further study.
