三峡库区秭归县中坝村新农村生态建设技术研究

针对三峡库区独特的地理位置及其生态优先的发展战略，本文以三峡库区坝上库首第一县秭归县的中坝村为例，按照山上部生态防护林带、山中部生态经济林带和近江景观防护林带的“三带”布局模式，提出了试验区新农村建设的生态技术措施，并进行了试验示范。研究结果表明秭归县中坝村的新农村建设取得了明显成效：森林覆盖率由38%增加到78.6%，土壤侵蚀量由4 285.7 t/a减少到800 t/a，全村经济总量由980万元增长到1 553万元，同时，就业率、楼房入住率、家电购买率、农村服务设施齐全率、义务教育普及率、合作医疗参与率等都有明显提高，生态、经济和社会效益十分显著。

Technology in Constructing New Socialist Countryside in Zhongba Village of Zigui County in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area

According to the unique geographical position and the developmental strategy of “ecology first” of Three Gorges Reservoir area, we selected Zhongba Village of Zigui County located near the Three Gorges Dam for this study. Three models, ecological shelter belt on the top of mountains, ecological economic forest belt in the middle of mountains, and landscape protective forest belts near Yangtze River, were used in this demonstration proejct. We found that the new socialist countryside construction practice had significant ecological and economic effects. Forest coverage percentage increased from 38% to 786%, the amount of soil erosion reduced from 4　285.7 t per year to 800 t per year, the total economy of Zhong ba Village increased from 98 million to 1553 million RMB. Meanwhile the rate of employment，building occupancy，household appliance purchase，rural service facilities，compulsory education compliance, and participation in cooperative medical system are greatly improved.
