我国再就业工程实施的难点与对策

再就业问题既是企业的一大难题，又是社会各界关注的一大热点。面对巨大的就业压力，再就业基金的短缺，社会保障制度的严重滞后，我国再就业工程举步艰难。加大经济结构调整力度，拓宽劳动力就业渠道，积极培育劳动力市场体系，以及进一步完善社会保障制度特别是失业保险制度，是推动再就业工程顺利施行的有效措施。

The Difficulties and Counter-measures of Re-employment Project Carrying out in China

The re-employment problem is not only a hard difficuly in enterprises, but also a great topic of general interest paid close attention to by all social circles. As the dynamics of economic structure adjustment has been enhanced in China,the present social employment situation is pregnant with grim possibilities.
