新形势下高校学习型党组织建设的若干思考

建设学习型党组织是建设中国特色高等教育的必然要求,是履行和实现高校历史责任的必然要求。学习型党组织不是"学习"和"党组织"的简单叠加,而是二者有机融合而成的一种质的飞跃。在高校建设学习型党组织,对于和谐校园建设、促进党员的全面发展、加强党组织建设、推动高等教育事业发展等具有不可替代的重要作用。加强高校学习型党组织建设,必须加强宣传、完善制度、优化载体、注重实践,使认识、措施、保障和落实等到位,把学习的成果转化为学校发展的动力。

It is naturally required to construct the learning Party organization in the Chinese-featured high education construction and in realizing its historic responsibility.
