工作场所中的技能人才内部学习网络研究——以某公司铸造造型技术操作团队为例

摘    要:工作场所中的技能人才内部学习网络研究,可以某公司的铸造造型技术操作团队为样本,引入"小世界"理论,从社会网络视角出发,构建工作场所中技能人才内部学习的3个网络模型:技能扩散网络模型、技能认同过程及与新同事互动学习网络模型、人际交往网络模型。工作场所中的技能人才内部学习网络的优化对策是:培育技能标兵,丰富技能资源;增强学习氛围,激活学习技术欲望;和谐人际关系,疏通交流网络。

Abstract:The case of a technical casting mould team in a foundry corporation can be used as an example for studying the internal learning network for technical ability talents in workplace.From the view of social network,this paper introduces the "Small World Phenomenon" and establishes the following three network models of internal study for technical ability talents in workplace: Ability Diffusion Model;Process of Ability Identity and Interaction with New Colleagues Model;Interpersonal Communication Model.Meanwhile,optimizations of internal learning network are given for technical ability talents in workplace: training the profession pacesetters and enriching technical ability resources: creating favorable study atmosphere and fueling motivation of learning;dredging information circulation channels and establishing harmonious interpersonal relationship.
