| 摘 要： | 在长期的实践活动中逐步形成和发展起来的群众路线是毛泽东执政为民思想的具体体现,这一思想在中国革命和建设的不同时期都发挥着巨大的指导作用,对加强党的建设、密切党群关系、推动中国革命和建设事业从胜利走向胜利的进程产生了重大影响。深刻领会党的群众路线对加强党的执政能力建设的作用意义重大。

| Abstract: | Mass line embodies the thought of assuming power for the people by Mao Zedong.This thought plays great role in the different time of revolutionaries and construction.And it has a great effect on strenghthening party construction,intimation of relation between party and mass;pushing Chinese revolationary to victory.It is very important to grasp the role of party′s mass line to the party′s governing capacity. |
