| 摘 要： | 技术是我们时代问题的聚焦处。技术是实践，是人类的设计和创造，伦理诉求是技术活动的一个内在规定。技术力量的强大和影响之深远、发展之迅猛，其内在的不确定性及可能带来的巨大风险，是我们需要技术伦理学的原因。技术伦理的研究应当深入到“技术本身”。今天，人类对自然的干预深入到了它的基础层次。我们的身体也由技术的出发点变成了技术塑造的对象和材料。由此提出了一些带有根本性的哲学问题和伦理问题，要求发展出一些新的原则。技术伦理学应当是一门实践的伦理学。
