论“人本管理”的特点、途径与手段

摘    要:指出了人本管理的显著特点,阐释了实现人本管理的途径和手段。各企事业单位在实际工作中如果均能做到以人为本,进行人本管理,把人的积极性全部调动起来,把人的智慧才能全部发挥出来,而不是流于表面,虚张声势,只雷不雨,才会达到管理的目的——效益最大化;才会使人与人和谐,人与自然和谐和整个社会和谐。这就需要每位管理者、领导者去共同践行和全力实施。

Abstract:This paper deals with the main characteristics of "People First Manage ment",together with its ways and methods.To achieve the maximum benefits,the harmony among people between man and nature,and the whole society,all institutions and businesses should carry on "Peole First Management",arouse the enthusiasm of the masses,give full paly to people's wisdom instead of making empty show of strength.Such a goal can be achieved if leaders and administrators can practice and put it into effect whole-heartedly.
