规模效应、创新外部性与区域经济增长差异*--基于中国新世纪以来的数据分析

摘    要:在要素区际流动性不断增强背景下,自然要素禀赋对区域经济增长的作用趋于减弱,规模效应和创新外部性日益成为推动我国区域经济增长及区间增长传递的重要因素。将规模效应和创新外部性纳入区域经济增长影响因素分析框架,利用我国省级面板数据进行实证检验,分析表明:区域市场规模和创新外部性对区域经济增长具有显著正向促进作用,产业规模对区域经济增长有正向影响但不显著。应建立和完善城市群主导的空间治理体系,强化区际创新溢出效应,提高区域空间关联网络化程度,以促进区域经济增长质量的提高和区域经济协调发展。

Scale Effects,Innovation Externality and the Regional Economic Growth Difference-Data Analysis since 2 1 Century Based on China

Abstract:Under the background of continuously strengthening of inter-regional factor mobility,the effect of factor endowment on regional economic growth is inclined to weaken,and the scale effect and innovation externality are increasingly becoming important factors to promote China ’s regional economic growth and inter-regional growth transmission.Our analysis attempts to introduce the scale effects and innovation externality into the analysis framework affecting regional economic growth and use the provincial panel data to conduct empirical test on it.The empirical studies show that regional market scale and innovation externality have significantly positively boosting effect on regional economic growth,and that industrial scale has positive influence on regional economic growth but the influence is not obvious.China should set up and perfect city-cluster-centered space governance system, intensify inter-regional innovation spillover effect,and raise regional space linkage network extent to boost regional economic growth quality and regional economic coordinated development.
