| Abstract: | The procedure and practice of publishing special issues were expounded for sci-tech periodicals. It is pointed out that the selected topic and guest editors choice was key to the success of the monograph publishing special issues. The practice of publishing special issues for a sci-tech periodical as an example was illustrated,which would provide reference for other sci-tech periodicals to publish special issues. |
