| 摘 要： | 法律术语误译产生的原因主要是译者语言水平有限，表现在拼写错误、理解不当、词义近似而致选择性错误；翻译策略选择不当和法律文化差异也会导致误译。本文在实例分析的基础上对不同类别的误译提出了相应的应对之策：提高译者语言水平，选择适当的翻译策略，以及深谙英汉法律文化。

On Mistranslation of Legal English Terms |

| Abstract: | The mistranslation of legal term results from the capacity of the translator,such as misspelling,miscomprehension, being wrongly-chosen among similar meaning terms. In addition,improper choosing translating strategy and the difference be-tween legal cultures also can lead to mistranslation. On the basis of analyzing some examples,some related solutions are sugges-ted,such as,improving the translator’s language proficiency,choosing the proper translating strategies,and deeply understand-ing cultures of legal English and legal Chinese. |
