| 摘 要： | 发辰我国投资基金，是我国市场经济发展的必然要求。与发达国家相比，我国投资基金不管在哪方面都处于发展初期。就当前我国投资基金运行管理实际情况来看，主要存在着基金发起人不规范、投资基金的内部组织结构不规范、投资基金的信惠披露不规范、投资基金的管理体制不规范等同题。针对以上问题，加强我国投资基金运行的规范管理，是促进我国投资基金健康发展的有效途径。
