基于不同管理层次的企业执行力内涵、现状及构建

有关执行力的研究可以追溯到泰罗的科学管理时代，历经100多年的演进，今天有关执行力的研究和实践得到了空前重视，并已经成为21世纪制造型企业兴衰成败的关键。本文在文献综述的基础上，分析了基于决策、管理和执行三个管理层次的制造型企业执行力内涵。本研究认为，当前国内制造型企业普遍存在执行力问题，企业需要从决策、管理和执行三个层面构建企业执行力。

The Connotation, Current Situation and Construction of Enterprise Execution at Different Executing Levels

The research on execution can be traced back to Taylor＇s scientific management era. After 100 years of evolution, today＇s research and practice on execution have received unprecedented attentions and are of great importance to the success or failure of manufacturing enterprises in the 21st century. Based on the literature review, this article analyzes the connotations of executive capacity of manufacturing enterprises at three different executing levels： decision-making, management and implemen- tation. It is found that the execution problems are widespread in current domestic manufacturing enterprises and the manufactur-ing enterprises need to build their executive capacity from the three levels of decision-making, management and implementation.
