| Abstract: | The sustained innovation ability of sci-tech is decisive factor which can influence whether the state economy will be increased constantly and steadily or not.How to strengthen sustained innovation ability of sci-tech in China.this paper points out relevant countermeasures and five difficulties which include sci-tech consciousness,sci-tech education,sci-tech talents and sci-tech legislation. |
