| 摘 要： | 中小企业已经成为我国经济中的一支重要力量，为了能够使其获得持续的竞争优势，有必要构建中小企业技术创新的新框架，促进中小企业更好地进行技术创新。本文详细分析了构建我国中小企业技术创新新框架的必要性和新框架的内容。
