高层管理团队胜任特征对并购整合效能影响的实证研究

摘    要:自高层管理团队理论提出以来,其实证研究大致呈现两个研究方向:一是探讨高层管理团队的人口背景特征对组织产出的影响;二是探讨高层管理团队异质性特征对企业绩效的影响。本文以并购企业的高层管理团队为研究对象,在对胜任力理论研究的基础上,构建了并购企业高层管理团队的胜任特征模型,并通过问卷调查对该模型进行验证性因子分析,从而为并购企业高层管理团队的配置决策提供理论指导。

Abstract:Since the top management team theory was proposed,there have been actually two research directions. One is to explore the impact of demographic characteristics in top management team upon organization output. The other is to explore the impact of heterogeneity in top management team upon corporate performance. This paper studies the top management team in M & A corporations. Based on the theoretical study on competency,it establishes a competency model for top management team in M & A corporations. A factor analysis is conducted through a questionnaire to test and prove the model,which renders a theoretical guidance to the decision-making in the allocation of top management team in M & A corporations.
