| 摘 要： | 中美关系在 2 0世纪 90年代初期跌至中美建交以来的最低点 ,其原因主要是由于国际格局的急剧变化使中美之间共同的利益基础消失 ;冷战思维的惯性导致“中国威胁论”和遏制中国论的出笼 ;社会制度、意识形态和价值观念的严峻对立 ;美国内新保守主义的得势及国会强大的反华势力等

| Abstract: | Sino-US relations down to the lowest point in the early years of 1990s since the establishment of Sino-US diplomatic relations, the reasons lie in the following aspects: the rapid changes of international relation pattern dissolve the Sino-US basic common interests; Mentality cold war's inertia leads to the merging of the theory of menace of China and the theory of contaming China; Sharp contrasts of social system, ideology and different senses of value; Neo-lonservative in power in the United States and anti-China force in the congress is strong. |
