| 摘 要： | 攀枝花是一座年轻的资源型城市,其形成与＂三线＂建设紧密相关。攀枝花城市形成路径为＂三线＂建设推动西部工业发展→攀枝花钢铁基地是西部工业的重点→以攀钢基地为基础而形成攀枝花城市。影响攀枝花城市形成的因素主要有四个：形势判断是背景;资源禀赋是基础;区位特别是条件;政府组织是动力。

| Abstract: | Panzhihua is a new resource-based city,its formation is closely related to＂Three-line Construction＂.The process of the formation of Panzhihua City is as follows： ＂Three-line Construction＂pushed the western industrial development;Panzhihua Iron and Steel Base is the focus of the western industry;the formation of Panzhihua City is built on Panzhihua Iron and Steel Base.The four main factors,having affected the formation of Panzhihua City,are： 1） its background is to judge the situation;2） its basis is the natural resources;3） its condition is its particular location;4） its driving force is the governmental organizations. |
