明清宗族保障与基层政权运行关系浅析

宗族保障的产生,是我国传统社会国家救济匮乏,人们探求自我保障、团体保障的必然产物。作为依附于宗族的一个功用,宗族保障在赋税缴纳、地方治安、地方文化等方面间接地通过宗族组织对国家和社会带来了积极或消极的后果。明清时期,君主专制空前加强,宗族完全服从于政权,但其中既有家国同构、互促共存的一致性,也有强霸一方、挑战权威的矛盾和斗争。

A Preliminary Study between Clan Security during the Ming and Qing dynasties and the Operation of Basic Social Institution

The emergency of clan security is the result of the lack of our traditional national relief mechanism,people seeking self-protection and group-protection. As a function attached to clan,clan security plays a very important role in the paying-tax,local security,local culture and so on. By this way,clan security indirectly has had a positive or negative consequences to the state and society. During the Ming and Qing dynasties,monarchy was enhanced,clan completely subordinated to the political power,there exists consistency of clan and country,but clan also harasses the county and challenges the authority of basic social institution.
