| 摘 要： | 针对高等学校学科建设中存在的侧重点不突出的问题，提出了高等学校学科建设应该注重的学科定位、梯队建设、基地开发和产学研结合等四个方面的问题，高校的学科建设要以培养急需人才为目标，根据社会需求状况适时调整，充分发挥学科建设的主导作用。

| Abstract: | In view of the ambiguous problem in the disciplinary construction of colleges and universities,the present article mainly argues these four questions,i.e.disciplinary orientation,echelon construction,base exploitation and the joint of production,study and research.Thus the conclusion is that the disciplinary construction of colleges and universities should be oriented towards the talent-fostering and modified in accordance with social needs.Only by this,can the disciplinary construction's leading role be brought into full play. |
