| 摘 要： | 国有企业在资产重组和治理结构改革方面所面临的困难 ,正是私营经济发展的机会所在。国有经济战略重组与私营经济发展结合势在必行 ,并且具有广泛而现实的结合点。思想观念、制度因素及诸多现实困难阻碍着这一互动关系的顺利推进 ,针对这些障碍 ,提出了推进私营企业参与国有经济战略重组的政策建议

| Abstract: | The difficulties facing us on the strategic recombining of state owned capitalsupply chances for private enterprises development.The combination of them is possible and beneficial.But there are many difficulties on it,such as culture,institutions or some other reasons.On the basis of this the author gives some advices to deal with this problem. |
