| 摘 要： | 个性教育是现代教育的特征之一，也是素质教育的重要内容。体育教学中个性培养应处理好智育与德育、知识与实践、理性与情感、共性与个性等方面的关系，才能实现在体育教学中对人的全面发展和对人的个性的开发、培养。
