| 摘 要： | 17世纪英国女作家阿芙拉·贝恩的《奥鲁诺克》是英国文学史上第一部旅行小说，作家以欧洲的罗曼司和民族志为叙事模式，创造出英国乃至欧洲文学史上第一个高贵的野蛮人的文学形象。小说涉及的一系列前瞻性问题，诸如西方现代性的展开、帝国地理空间的扩张、不同民族和文化间的交往，以及文明／野蛮、主人／奴隶、自我／他者、“新异”美学的建构等，在我们这个跨文化交往时代里，有着持续研究的价值和意义。
