| Abstract: | How to improve the quality of the leading team is a vital problem for CPC , to solve it we should at least act in the following aspects: firstly, strengthening study to improve political quality; secondly, heightening level of democracy and science of the policy decision; thirdly, strengthening unity, forming joint power; fourthly, Being clean and self-disciplined, portraying good image; fifthly, study assiduously, entirely improving the professional quality. |
