屈原的家世与乡里

根据当代学者的研究,屈氏的始祖,是楚熊渠之长子熊伯庸.熊渠立伯庸为句亶王.句亶即屈地,伯庸一系因以封地为氏,姓屈氏.屈原的乡里,自北魏郦道元《水经注》倡为秭归之后,历代相从,但据近年考古勘察,秭归没有可资证明其为屈原故里的文物,也没有确凿的出土文物证明其为楚熊绎始封之丹阳.熊绎始封之地丹阳,仍以《汉书·地理志》扬州丹阳说比较可靠.而屈原的故里,以郢都(江陵)可能性最大.

QUYUAN'S FAMILY HISTORY AND NATIVE PLACE

Studied by the contemporary scholars, Qu's ancestor was Xiong Boyong, XiongQu's oldest son. Xiong Qu set up Boyong as the King of Jiushan which was the land of Qu. The Boyong's was named Qu because of the manor. It was spread that Qu's native place was Zigui from ancient times according to Li Daoyuan's writings Shuijing Zhu. But Zigui had no historical relics which could prove it to be Qu's native place. It was the most possible that Yindu could be the native place of Qu Yuan.
