| 摘 要： | 近年来,在庞大的考研大军中,在校大学生所占比例逐年增加,这一方面反应了学生对自身能力提高的迫切要求,另一方面也是对国家人才储备和社会发展的促进。但这一过程也暴露出一些弊端。通过对在校大学生对考研的认识与行为展开全面调查,探讨了目前高校考研管理存在的问题,并提出了相应对策。
