| 摘 要： | 关于学生行为管理与指导,历史上形成不同的责任制度。各国责任制度不尽相同,且或多或少有些变化。对国内外诸种学生管理与指导的责任制度加以比较,着重比较我国现行班主任制与民国时期的级任制及俄国班主任制的异同。这对进一步搞好学生行为管理与指导工作意义重大。

| Abstract: | Different responsibility systems have been formed in history to manage and guide students' behavior.Different countries have different kinds of responsibility systems and more or less have some changes.This paper mainly focuses on the similarity and difference between the current system of having class advisers,and that in Republic of China and Russia.This will be greatly significant to manage and guide the students' behavior. |
