劳动力流迁决策中的迁移网络

摘    要:基于广东省深圳市宝安区的外来劳动力调研资料表明,工资差距、就业机会以及迁移网络都在劳动力流迁决策中发挥着决定性作用.同时,这三变量互动影响的整合机理对于解释劳动力流迁的特征和发展趋势、了解劳动力对宏观经济环境和政策制度的反应有重要意义.

Abstract:Based on an investigation of labor in-flows in the District of Baoan of the City of Shenzhen, the present study argues that wage differentials, employment opportunities, and migration networks all contribute significantly to the labor mobility decision-making. An understanding of the interaction of these three variables may help explain the development trends and features of labor migration, its impact on the macro economic situation and its significance in the economic policy-making.
