西晋加官制度考述

西晋时期,特进、光禄大夫、侍中、散骑常侍等作为加官时具有一些特别的意义,其中特进、光禄大夫作为加官可以提高官员的地位,往往是官员升迁中的重要步骤,而散骑常侍、侍中、给事中等作为加官一般是对官员的格外优宠,作为加官时,侍中优于散骑常侍,在官员官职变迁时,加官变化随本官的迁转而由散骑常侍变为侍中。
