城乡融合视域下的乡村文化振兴

推动城乡融合发展与乡村文化振兴是新时代党和国家的重要部署。在城乡融合发展视角下推动乡村文化振兴,既体现马克思主义的理论要求,又有重要的现实意义。可以在明确协调城乡文化发展关系和高质量推动乡村文化振兴的目标和原则基础上,构建"过程相嵌-资源共享-主体合作"的乡村文化振兴实施框架,以城乡党建结对共建、协同推进"两创"、公共文化服务融合发展、文化产业融合发展、人才共育共享为抓手,以乡村文化振兴决策的协作优化机制、乡村文化振兴资源的动态倾斜机制、乡村文化振兴主体的多元合作机制、乡村居民文化权益的共同保障机制、乡村文化安全风险的协同防范机制为保障,全方位、全过程推动乡村文化振兴。
