全面推进依法行政,为社会主义政治文明提供保证

社会主义政治文明是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,实现这一目标,必须依法治国。依法行政是依法治国基本方略的重要组成部分,对依法治国的实行具有决定性意义,是实现党对国家和社会领导的执政方式,对于推进社会主义民主政治建设具有重要作用,是建设社会主义政治文明的保证。对我国当前推进依法行政过程中存在的问题,应进一步更新观念,切实转变政府职能,提高行政机关工作人员素质,强化行政执法监督,全面推进依法行政,为社会主义政治文明建设提供保证。

Socialist political civilization is the important target of building well-to-do society all-sidedly.Realizing this goal,we must run the country according to law.Administering the state according to law is the basic important component of the general plan to run the country according to law,has decesive function to the implementation of running the country according to law,have important meaning for advancing the socialist democratic politics construction,is also the assurance of building socialist political civilization.To counter the existing problems while advancing administering the state according to law course at present in our country,should break with the conventional idea further,change government's function conscientiously,raise administrative organ's staff member's quality,strengthen administration's law-enforcing supervision and give security for socialist political civization construction.
