| 摘 要： | 素质教育从本质上说,就是以一个国家国民素质为宗旨的教育.实施素质教育,最终要落实到学校,落实到教师,体现在学生身上,其中教师是素质教育的直接组织者和实践者.教师的素质直接关系到学生的素质.本文着重阐述了在实施素质教育中,体育教师应具备的基本素质.
