经济欠发达地区民间金融活动监测体系的构建——以陕西省的调查分析为例

民间金融是对正规金融的有益补充，同时也会对正规金融体系甚至是金融稳定造成一定的影响，因此如何监测民间金融活动使之更好地满足中小企业以及居民家庭对民间资金的需求是我们要迫切关注的问题。本文以陕西省为例，在调查分析的基础上，根据经济欠发达地区民间金融活动的特点，对民间金融活动监测的重点及如何构建监测体系进行了初步的研究和探讨。

System for Monitoring Informal Financing Activities in Underdeveloped Areas——A Case Study of Shaanxi Province

Informal finance is a beneficial supplement to formal finance, and meanwhile, it influences formal financial system and even financial stability. Therefore, how to monitor the informal financing activities and make them satisfy the need of small and medium sized enterprises and households for informal finance is an issue which needs paying great attention to. This paper analyzes the features of the informal financing activities based on the investigation on the informal financing activities in Shaanxi province, and studies the key point of monitoring the informal financing activities and how to establish the monitoring system.
