摘    要:文化素质教育是一个逻辑辩证的统一体,在这个统一体中,内含了“素质、文化、教育”等基本元素。从逻辑和历史的纬度,对这些基本元素进行深入的辨析,有助于我们理解文化素质教育内在的辨证关系。从而确立文化素质教育的基础性资源、必然性目的以及努力的方向.实现教育从人出发又回归于人的必然性规律。

Abstract:Cultural quality education is a dialectical-logical unity which contains three basic elements,"quality,culture and education".To thoroughly analyze these basic elements from the perspectives of logic and history will help to deepen our understanding of the internal dialectical relation in the cultural quality education,thus to exploit the foundational resources for cultural quality education,establish its goals and decide its future direction and finally fulfill the mission of education: starting from the people and returning to the people.
