三元三层研究生德育机制的构建

摘    要:三元三层研究生德育教育机制是德育工作的一种探索。三元是三层中的主导,三层是三元的保证,三元三层在德育教育中共同承担的各自的教育功能。这种德育教育机制重在协调好元与元、层与层、元与层之间的关系,把专业育人、制度育人和环境育人分别落到实处、增加绩效。

Abstract:The three-element and three-dimension mechanism of graduates' moral education is a new exploration of moral education.The three elements are the main body of the three dimensions,while the latter are the guarantee for the former.Both parts possess different educational functions.This mechanism emphasizes the coordination of the relation within and between the dimensions and elements so as to effectively realize the moral education function of major teaching,the institutions and the environment.
