| 摘 要： | 唐末五代时期,中国长期处于分裂战争状态,而这一局面的转机,是从后周太祖(以下简称周太祖)郭威建立政权开始.郭威称帝建国后,在政治、经济等方面展开了一系列改革活动,取得了显著的成果,为继承者后周世宗柴荣的文治武功开辟了前进的道路,打下了良好的基础.尤其是周太祖郭威的节俭恤民,在封建社会历代帝王中极为鲜见.

| Abstract: | Towards the end of Tang Dynasty China had been in a state of separation and wars for a ling time. This state continued until Zhou Tai-Zhu, Guo Wei came to power, After becoming the Emperor, he took a series of reforming meesures in politics,economy and militarization that laid the foundation for the unification and ptosperity of China. Above all,his policies of thrift and pity for his subjects were quite scavce among the ancient. Emperors, His great achievements should have their places in the glorious history of our Chinese nation. |
