论中国大地上的知识青年上山下乡运动

20世纪60年代末文革中兴起的全国性大规模知识青年上山下乡运动,由初始的安置青年学生就业的权宜之计,迅速发展成为“反修防修”、培养无产阶级革命事业接班人的百年大计。其间出现了一系列知识青年的生活生计、生产劳动的实际问题,他们的心态由此出现反复,并形成了社会的共鸣。党和国家进行了多次的政策性调整。这场运动从轰轰烈烈兴起经十年到悄然偃息之后,给人留下了多重的思索:知识青年上山下乡是大有作为;还是有所作为;或是无所作为?只有以实践来检验之,并总结出历史的经验和教训。

Discussing about the Movement of Educated Youth Went to and Worked in Countryside and Mountain Areas in China

The Movement of Chinese educated youth went to and worked in countryside and mountain areas during the Cultural Revolution in the late 1960s developed from an expedient measure of providing employment for young students to a long-lasting plan for "opposing and preventing revisionism" and training the successors for proletarian revolution. Many practical problems regarding the subsistence and work of the educated youth emerged. Their attitudes swayed and got sympathetic response in the society. The movement finally came to its end after several policy readjustments by the party and the government, leaving many problems for deeply thinking: had the educated youth who went to and worked in countryside and mountain areas made great achievements? It can only been tested by practices to get the historical experiences and lessons.
