| 摘 要： | 房地产业可持续发展的核心是"土地资源在当代人群之间及代与代人群之间公平合理的分配."即要做到土地资源利用净现值的最大化,城市土地资源开发利用的速率不应大于土地总量的增长速率,同时应保护有限的环境资源.采取控制城市土地投放的总量,住宅小区合理选址、合理规划、推行物业管理等措施,实现房地产业的可持续发展. |
