| 摘 要： | 技术创新、制度创新是产业系统演进的基础，产业系统演进为技术创新和制度创新提供条件，三者呈现螺旋协同演化趋势。从协同演化视角，在分析三者协同演进机理的基础上，构建复合系统协同度模型，选取福建省软件业为例研究技术创新、制度创新和产业系统发展的协同度，证实了三者之间的螺旋演化关系。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation and institution innovation are the foundation of industrial evolution,while industrial evolution provides the conditions for technology innovation and institution innovation.There exits a spiral co-evolution trend among them.From the co-evolution angle,a coordinating degree model of composite system is constructed based on analyzing the co-evolution mechanism of technology innovation,institution innovation and industry system.The data about the software industry in Fujian Province are used as an example to confirm the spiral co-evolution mechanism among them. |
