| 摘 要： | 汉英之间最基本的差别在于汉语属于意合语言而英语属于形合语言。笔者运用认知科学中的神经网络学说、激活扩散模型和图式理论等进行分析,指出汉语重意合的根本原因在于汉人的大脑概念网络习惯于"节点触发"的方式,而英语的形合主要是由于英国人倾向于用"路径连接"的方式进行激活扩散。

| Abstract: | The basic difference between Chinese and English lies in the former is a paratactic language and the latter is a hypotactic language.Then he analyzes this difference from the cognitive perspective and concludes that Chinese people's preference of "point activation" leads to parataxis and English people's tendency to "point connection" results in hypotaxis. |
