陶行知“教学做合一”理论下的教师教育改革

摘    要:陶行知"教学做合一"理论以"做"为核心,具有主体性、创新性和实践性三大特征,给当今的教师教育以启示和指导,推动当今的教师教育进行以实践为取向的教育改革.运用"教学做合一"理论,发展实践为取向的教师教育,要突出师范性,创立理论和实践相结合的课程体系,深化与实习基地联合办学,重视运用在实践中研究和反思的教学方法.
