| 摘 要： | 通过学习日本高等教育运营管理机制的有关资料，并对中日两国的大学教师与教授委员会在学校管理中的作用进行比较后认为，中国的大学教师在提高授课质量的同时，还应充分发挥主观能动性，注重育人质量，增强对学校发展的责任感。中国高校应更加重视教授委员会的智囊团作用.

| Abstract: | On the basis of learning from Japanese higher education administration system,the roles of the university teachers and professors committee in the university administration between China and Japan are compared.It is believed that besides improving the class teaching quality,the university teachers in China should improve the quality of educating students,have the responsibility of university development and their conscious activity.What's more,how to utilize the role of the intellectual professors committee of higher universities is a research program for our future study. |
