| 摘 要： | 区域饭店联盟是饭店企业的一种区域竞争方式和资源组织方式。在阐述区域饭店联盟组织特点的基础上,分析区域联盟中的障碍成因,提出区域饭店联盟存在交流与合作障碍、组织管理与组织文化障碍、知识获取与转移障碍、信任障碍等障碍类型。联盟的障碍管理应把握管理要点、设计合理的管理方式和提供针对性的保障措施。
