| 摘 要： | 相对于传统货币而言,电子货币具有快捷、方便、安全等优点：正因如此,近年来电子货币在国外主要发达国家的发展十分迅速,相比之下,我国电子货币系统的建设仍处于起步阶段。从电子货币的发展现状来看,未来的电子货币将以世界部分地区的蓬勃发展来带动全球范围内的普及。
