| 摘 要： | 近年来,大学毕业生“就业率”一词的使用频率越来越高,用以考核高校工作的覆盖范围力度越来越大,对各高校的办学和发展产生了重大而深远的影响,而理性思考这一问题将有利于更充分地发挥它对我国大学生就业制度改革的积极作用。
