| Abstract: | Humanistic concern is to care for the well-being of every common person. There are a lot of Humanistic cares in "Reality of laws" such as the survival and livelihood of individuals, the value and dignity, the humanity and personality, the reality and the ideal as well as sustainable development from different ways including the principle of equality, the ownership, the use of property rights, warrant of the reality rights, as well as the right to use natural resources etc. |
