| 摘 要： | 循环经济激励机制是以调动政府、企业和公众对资源的高效利用和循环利用为目标,按照政府引导、市场驱动、社会参与的原则,通过经济与非经济的手段和措施,达到政府、企业和公众利益与循环经济发展目标相结合的综合性运行模式。

| Abstract: | The establishment of cyclic economy stimulation mechanism aims at common demands of government,enterprises and the public on environment utilization and protection and will be run with the principle of government guiding,market driving and public participation.Effective measures of economic and non-economic stimulation methods are taken to raise the activity of government,enterprises and the public in cyclic economy development.In such way,the harmony between economy construction and environment protection will berealized. |
